It was fast. Our barista used their Elmo voice to take our order and it was pretty funny
Very very very slow service, only to finally get the wrong coffee. Happened twice now. I do not post negative comments off one solo interaction
So I just ordered a sandwich and a coffee in the mobile app (as it gives me time to think about what I want and to peruse the menu without holding up the drive-thru line). It was rainy and cold out so I was being lazy as I usually go inside. I placed the order and then joined the drive-thru line. There was one car in front of me and no one behind. After I gave my name for the mobile order, I pull up to the window. This young barista immediately comes to the window to spend almost two minutes dressing me down about how I need to order ten to fifteen minutes ahead of time to not slow down the (non-existent) line, it takes them longer to make food if they don't have that extra time, and I need to be considerate of how it takes them time to make food, or I would be holding up other customers in line, if there were any. I didn't say a word as she repeated this two or three times in a condescending fashion. She had no response to what the difference is between ordering in the mobile app a minute before joining the drive-thru line or just ordering at the speaker. The sense of entitlement that she felt she could act this way towards a customer is incredible. I refused the food and requested a refund (didn't much feel like eating anything they make here at this point). She said she couldn't do that so I just told her to get a manager as I'm not taking the food. She seemed upset, as if not understanding why I was not happy. I didn't say anything else to her but the manager was very nice and very apologetic when I explained the issue and asked her what the difference in ordering was (she got the example). It's been half an hour and I'm still dumbfounded over how someone could be so ignorantly rude. I won't be back.
I love I mean really love Starbucks. I expect Alot though when I pay $20 for 2 cups of Peppermint mocha. No whip. These cups should have been full, at best 3/4 and it tasted like breath mints. Way to much peppermint super sweet like I was drinking syrup. That why we stopped going to Biggby because of all syrup and no coffee. Make sure cups are full .
Some things never change…Guaranteed to get a cold dark roast. Lucky to get a hot coffee more than once per week. I’ve talked to the managers 10x and they don’t change. Only Starbucks I know that serves Luke warm coffee.
I'm giving it 4 stars. You get some batista that work here. Who are dry, unwelcoming and don't even say hello or goodmorning!! That's very rude and unprofessional. Goodmorning goes a long way. Especially for your tips. However you also get great baristas. And the coffee is fantastic here.
Didn't have condiments for my sandwich
First of all let's acknowledge this is a terrible spot. Trying to get to the drive thru is like driving on the moon. Every time I've gone here something is made wrong, cold, takes forever, or all the above. My most recent visit (today). There were only 2 customers ahead of me. I waited almost 10 min at the drive thru window before I was even acknowledged. Which is crazy because Starbucks is overly friendly. Once staff was done talking to each other and on their phones and they finally acknowledged my existence, I was greeted with a, "sorry for the delay." You're sorry it's not busy and you're not acknowledging paying customers waiting for their coffee, hell to even pay!? Food was trash (bacon Gouda was raw and disgusting), snowman cookie was melted all over the bag, and the oat milk shaken espresso was trash...$6 for a 12oz "specialty" drink. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE.
